We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Server configuration data is kept while the bot is active in your server. Message data processed through commands is not permanently stored unless specifically required for moderation logs.

  • Remove of the bot from your server(s)
  • Request deletion of stored server(s) data
  • Contact us regarding data processing concerns
  • Contact us to request a copy of all the data we have collected on you
  • Request removal of your data from our systems

    • By using the bot, you acknowledge if you request for the removal of your data from our systems, and join a Discord server containing the bot, your data will be re-added to our systems. Pulse bot is a public bot.

6. Third-Party Services

Pulse operates exclusively within Discord's platform and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate with other third-party services that would have access to your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
