  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the bot's systems
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the bot's data
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to users' data
  • Using the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service
  • Harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory content
  • Anything in Discord's TOS that is prohibited

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any user or server that violates these terms. Users may discontinue use at any time by removing the bot from their server.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pulse Discord Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy and Data
